Training and Development At Emcure the aim of Training and Development is to optimize the utilization of human resource that further helps the employee to achieve the organizational goals as well as their individual goals. It also helps to provide an opportunity and broad structure for the development of human resources’ technical and behavioral skills in an organization; besides helping the employees in attaining personal growth. Training is imparted with the intention of increasing the job knowledge and skills of employees at each level; which creates a conducive environment for growth in the horizons of human intellect and an overall personality of the employees. We also conduct MDP’s with a view to prepare individuals to attain higher positions in the organizational structure.
