MR. HUMAYUN DHANRAJGIR has a very rich and varied experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held several senior management positions including that of Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Glaxo India Limited. He was also the Managing Director of Kodak India Ltd. He is a former President of the Organization of Pharmaceutical Producers of India. He is an independent Non-Executive Director of Cadila Healthcare, HDFC Asset Management Company, Zydus Wellness, Next Gen Publishing, among others. Mr. Dhanrajgir is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University and has completed the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School. Mr. Dhanrajgir joined the Board of the Company in 2000.

MR. S. K. BAPAT Is a highly distinguished and decorated erstwhile officer of the Indian Police Service (IPS), having held senior appointments with the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra like Joint Director - Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, Commissioner of Police, Mumbai and Senior Member of the Maharashtra Public Service Commission. He was the President of the India chapter of a global philanthropic foundation for seven years. He has special interest in areas relating to National Security, Human Resource Development and Corporate Social Responsibility. He has been associated with the Company since 1999.

Dr. GIRISH L. TELANG Has rich pharmaceutical industry experience during his 34 year stint with Roche where he was instrumental in starting Roche's operations in India and was appointed Managing Director in 1998 and later given regional responsibility of heading operations for Indian subcontinent. Prior to Roche, he worked with Indian Army for 5 years. He is a medical graduate from Grant Medical College, Mumbai University and undergone post graduate training in Nuclear Medicine at Tata Memorial Hospital affiliated to Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. Dr. Telang continues to be Vice-Chairman of the Board of Roche Products (India) and is also on the Board of Master Pharmaceuticals. He is also on the advisory board of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre at Delhi. Dr. Telang has been on the Board of the Company since 2012.

MR. BERJIS DESAI Specializes in mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, corporate and financial laws, International business laws and international commercial arbitration. He is currently the Managing Partner of J. Sagar Associates, a national law firm. Mr. Desai is an Independent Director of Praj Industries, Sterlite Industries (India), The Great Eastern Shipping Company, Edelweiss Capital, among others. Mr. Desai is a law graduate from the Mumbai University and a post-graduate in law from Cambridge University, U.K. Mr. Desai has been on the Board of the Company since 1997.

MR. MARVIN SAMSON Has been the founder of several organizations in USA e.g. Samson Medical Technologies, Elkins-Sinn, Marsam Pharmaceuticals. He was the President and CEO of SICOR when it was acquired by Teva. He was also Chairman of the Board and CEO of Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired by Endo Pharmaceuticals. He holds five US patents pertaining to pharmaceutical manufacturing. Mr. Samson is an Independent Director of Baxa Corporation, Flynn Pharma and Dobfar Holdings. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia which has named Samson College of Health Sciences in his honor. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Temple University. Mr. Samson has been on the Board of the Company since 2007.

DR. JOSE SARTARELLI Holds position of Milan Puskar Dean of the College of Business and Economics of West Virginia University. Before joining the university, Dr. Sartarelli worked at J&J as Company Group Chairman, Pharmaceutical Group, for Asia-Pacific, Japan, Latin America. Prior to J&J, He served as President, Latin America, Puerto Rico and Canada, Worldwide Medicines Group, Bristol-Myers Squibb. He also worked with Eli Lily in the U.S., Latin America, and Asia-Pacific (where he ran the operations). Dr. Sartarelli received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Sao Paulo School of Business Administration, Brazil. He earned his MBA degree in Marketing under a Fulbright Scholarship, and his Ph.D. degree in Business Administration, both from Michigan State University. He is currently on the boards of the Blanchette Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute at West Virginia University, Bio-West Virginia. He has also served on the Board of the American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education and Council of the Americas and also served as chairman of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America Intl. Steering Committee. Dr. Sartarelli has been on the Board of the Company since 2011.

MR. AMIT DIXIT Is a Sr. Managing Director in Blackstone's Private Equity Group and represents the Blackstone Group on the Board of the Company. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Dixit was a Principal at Warburg Pincus where he executed several transactions. Mr. Dixit received an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Engineering from Stanford University where he was awarded the John A. Blum fellowship, and a B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai where he was awarded the Director's Silver Medal for graduating at the top of his program. Mr. Dixit serves as a Director of Moser Baer Energy, Monnet Power, NCC, Jagran Prakashan and Mid-Day Infomedia.

MR. SATISH MEHTA Is the founder member of the Company. He has vast experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is the prime mover for various strategic alliances and growth plans of the Company. His dynamic leadership has led the Company to become a major player in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Mehta is a Post Graduate in Chemistry and MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.

MR. ARUNKUMAR KHANNA Has over 39 years of rich and varied experience in leading pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Khanna has played a pivotal role in transforming Emcure into one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in India and expanding Emcure's reach in over 60 countries. Prior to Emcure, he worked with Ranbaxy, Alkem and Cadila Pharmaceuticals.

DR. MUKUND GURJAR Has over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical sciences and has spearheaded the chiral initiative at Emcure. Having trained 100+ PhD students and having published 200+ papers in various international journals, Dr. Gurjar has contributed significantly in synthetic organic chemistry. He is a Regional Editor of Synthetic Communication, an international journals published by Taylor & Francis, USA and also member of the Editorial Board of Organic Process Research & Development of American Chemical Society and Indian Journal of Chemistry of CSIR, New Delhi. Dr. Gurjar has obtained a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry and dual Ph.D. in chemistry from Nagpur University and from London University. Dr. Gurjar is on the Board of the Company Since 2001 and joined in an executive capacity in 2007.

MR. MUKUND RANADE Is responsible for the Company's business in international regulated markets. He has played an instrumental role in initiating and managing relationships with leading global pharmaceutical companies. He has 34 years of work experience. Prior to Emcure, he worked with Chanrai group, Singapore at senior management position and was responsible for establishing their Nigeria operations. He also worked with Glaxo, India, were he rose to position of GM. Mr. Ranade is a Graduate in Chemistry from Bombay University and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.

MR. MAHESH SHAH Is in charge of all manufacturing operations and is associated with Emcure since its inception. He has played lead role in getting regulatory approvals for various facilities in India from USFDA, UKMHRA, ANVISA and Other prominent regulatory bodies of different countries. Prior to Emcure, he worked with Maxwell Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. He is post graduate in Organic Chemistry.
